• Elementary schoolers and older are charged Adult fees.
• Preschoolers can stay free of charge, if sharing a bed. Please let us know the number and age in the remarks section of the reservation form.
• Preschoolers who need futon beddings can be provided with +1,500 yen per set.

• For cancellations 3 or more days prior to the reserved date, no cancellation fee is to be charged.
• For cancellations 2 or less days prior to the reserved date, including no-shows, 100% of the room rate is to be charged.
• If you do not arrive by 9pm on the day of check-in, all of your reservations will be canceled.
• We do not accept cancel/change requests by phone. Please request by replying to the reservation confirmation email sent from us.

• Make reservations and pay (Credit Card is necessary)
