QHow do I pay? What are the payment options?
A

We accept payments by credit card.

We will charge to the credit card you registered when making the reservation.

QAre there any discounts for children?
A

Preschoolers can stay for free, if sharing a bed with an adult.

Preschoolers who need beddings can be provided with +1,500 yen per set.

Elementary schoolers and older are charged Adult fees.

QI have not received a reservation confirmation email.
A

If you have not received a confirmation email of your reservation, there is a possibility that the reservation has not been finalized.

In that case, please contact us from ( Inquiry Form ).

In order to avoid sending/receiving errors, please use an email address that can be used on a computer (gmail, yahoo mail, etc.), instead of a mobile phone email address, when making reservations.

QWhen are the high seasons?
A

Rates during Golden Week (late April to early May) and Obon festival period (mid-week in August) may be higher than usual.
Actual price can be confirmed at the reservation page, so please make sure you have made the right choice, before you finalize the reservation.

QHow many days in advance can I make reservations?
A

Reservations can be made 90 days prior to the scheduled stay.

QWhat is your policy regarding cancellations?
A
  • For cancellations 3 or more days prior to the reserved date, no cancellation fee is to be charged.
  • For cancellations 2 or less days prior to the reserved date, including no-shows, 100% of the room rate will be charged.
  • If you do not arrive by 9pm on the day of check-in, all of your reservations will be canceled.
  • Changing your reservation date is considered to be the same as cancellation.
  • We do not accept cancel/change requests by phone.
    Please request by replying to the reservation confirmation email sent from us.
  • Once your reservation is confirmed, we consider that you have accepted the above cancellation policy.
QHow do I cancel or change my reservation?

We do not accept cancel/change requests by phone.

QWhich website has the best deal?
A

Our official website (this website) has the best rate!

Booking sites such as Booking.com includes commission rates,
so our room rates are a little more expensive than those on our official website.

QDo you serve breakfast?
A

No breakfast is currently provided.

We do hold morning events on an irregular basis, so please join us if the timing is right!

QDo you have sleeping pajamas?
A

We do not have room wear or pajamas.

Please bring your own if you need them.

QCan I send my luggage using a delivery service?
A

Yes, you can.

You can send and receive luggage from our inn.

QDo you have a television in the room?
A

We wish our guests to take time to feel and experience Ikuchi island’s beautiful nature — shimmering golden sunset, gently flowing Setouchi ocean, birds and insects singing along with the ocean breeze. With this in mind, we do not have television in our rooms. We also don’t have clocks placed, for you to relax and enjoy without being pressured by time.

QDo you have curfews?
A

No, we don’t have curfews.

Our inn is equipped with an auto-lock system, so there is no problem leaving the facility after the entrance is locked, if you have your key with you.

QWhat time do I have to check-in?
A

In general, check-in time is 2pm – 7pm.

You can also check-in during 7pm – 9pm, with an additional charge of 1,000 yen per room.

QWhat time do I have to check-out?
A

Check-out time is until 10am.

We use a self check-out system without any procedures, so you can departure in early morning.

Luggage storage after check-out is also available. Please ask our staff at check-in if necessary.

QDo you have a space to park cars?
A

Yes, we have a parking lot for vehicles.

Parking fee is 500 yen per night and vehicle, and to be charged by cash upon check-in.

The space is limited, so please let us know in advance if you are coming by car.

Since the parking lot is a short distance away from the inn, you can temporarily park in front of our inn entrance, to drop off your luggage first.

QDo you have a space to park bicycles?
A

Yes, we have parking space for bicycles, both outside and inside the inn.

The indoor wall-mounted rack can park up to 4 bikes. The outdoor bike rack is set right in front of our entrance.

QCan I ask for temporary luggage storage?
A

Yes, you can.

If it’s before check-in, we can store your luggage from 10am.

After check-out, we can keep them until 5pm.

We can store your luggage during the above hours, so please ask our staff.
